IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AIRFARE RESERVATIONS/PURCHASING:

TAC 2011 travel arrangements will be made through our IWS TAC Project Coordinator.

Upon receipt of this registration, all contact regarding travel arrangement will be handled via our IWS TAC Project Coordinator. IWS will research and reserve the lowest fare flight for eligible attendees and guests. (IWS reserves the right to book flight from alternative airport within 70 miles if necessary.)

After reservations have been made and you have been notified, a confirmation must be received by the IWS TAC Project Coordinator within 24-hours. If no confirmation is recieved, IWS will assume that flight itinerary is acceptable and purchase tickets.

Note: IWS will NOT be responsible for any cancellations or charges due to itinerary change on the part of the attendee or guest. These will be the responsibility of the attendee or guest.

Deadline date is February 11, 2011. Any registrations received after this date may be subject to an airfare increase; any increase due to late registration will be the responsibility of the attendee.
