IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AIRFARE RESERVATIONS/PURCHASING :

TAC 2008 travel arrangements will be made through our travel agent, Rita Solomon at Liberty Travel. Rita can be reached directly at 888.294.0002 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Upon receipt of this registration, all contact regarding travel arrangement will be handled via Liberty Travel, on behalf of IWS. Liberty Travel will research and reserve the lowest fare flight for eligible attendees and guests. (IWS reserves the right to book flight from alternative airport within 70 miles if necessary.)

After reservations have been made and you have been notified, a confirmation must be received by Liberty Travel. If no contact is made, Liberty Travel will assume that flight itinerary is acceptable and purchase tickets.

Note: Neither IWS nor Liberty Travel will be responsible for any cancellations or charges due to itinerary change on the part of the attendee or guest. These will be the responsibility of the attendee or guest.

Note: Deadline date is March 14, 2008. Any registrations received after this date may be subject to an airfare increase; any increase due to late registration will be the responsibility of the attendee.
