Our TAC
eligibility restructure to include the smaller credit unions proved
to be very successful and representatives of 10 not so big credit
unions were able to attend last year's event along with their bigger
sister credit unions. We believe that this conference is beneficial
to credit unions of all sizes.
TAC gives
credit unions the opportunity to network with their peers, develop
a sales culture and improve sales performance, regardless of their
size. We have changed the eligibility structure for the current
year to make attendance possible for credit unions of any size who
have the necessary production to qualify.
We have
put aside 10 rooms for 10 not so big credit unions. The new
structure permits them to be eligible for a drawing and if chosen,
would allow each not as big credit union to send two representatives
to the IWS 2003 TAC event in San Antonio, Texas.

Eligibility
Criteria
Two
ways to qualify:
A
minimum of 120 VSAs/MBIs per year are needed in order to
qualify for inclusion in a drawing for two attendees. Every
15 VSAs/MBIs thereafter represents 1 more entry and 1 more
opportunity to win. Example: 135 - 2 entries, 150 - 3 entries,
165 - 4 entries, etc. A credit union eligible for the drawing
can only win one room. The drawing will be held on January
, 2003.
OR
When
a credit union reaches 300 VSAs/MBIs per year they no longer
qualify for the drawing. The following criteria will be
applied to those credit unions in the 300 and over category:

Double
Occupancy Required
It
is imperative that all attendees of TAC 2003 understand
that we will strictly adhere to the double occupancy rule.
The only exceptions are as follows:
-
The credit union sends multiple attendees, both male and
female.
- The
credit union wants individual rooms and will pay the difference.
- The
attendee wants an individual room and will pay the difference.
Any
attendee who wishes to bring a guest, other than a qualifying
credit union representative or a Personal Gold guest, such
as a relative, friend,
non-qualifying credit union employee, etc. must register
his or her guest as a "special guest" and pay for that guest's
expenses.
|
The exceptionally
low price negotiated by IWS for a "special guest" to join us and
participate in the festivities is $250. Expenses incurred by "special
guests" include, but are not limited to airport transfers, incidentals,
scheduled meals and beverages served throughout the TAC conference.
If the
attendee does not qualify for a double occupancy exception and wishes
to have a room for himself /herself and the special guest, then
any additional room costs will be the responsibility of the credit
union attendee. Guest airfare will also be the responsibility of
the credit union attendee or the guest. Any of the above mentioned
charges that are the attendee's responsibility must be received
by IWS prior to the event.
IWS will,
of course, pay for airfare, lodging, airport transfers and scheduled
meals for all qualifying credit union attendees.

Attendance
Top
Achievers are regarded with distinction by their peers. TAC
is held to honor all Top Achievers for their superior performance
and support of our product.
It is the expectation of IWS and credit union management that
all Top Achievers be present for all scheduled events. This
conference is an opportunity to learn and grow.
IWS provides professional training, a breakfast business meeting,
recognition and a networking opportunity for all Top Achievers,
including fun and entertainment especially planned for all
attendees.
Pre
and Post Stay Option
If
any credit union attendee or their guest wishes to arrive
3 days before the conference or stay 3 days after the conference
they may do so at a prearranged hotel rate. This preference
should be indicated on the registration form so that we may
arrange the most convenient flight and hotel accommodations
for you.
